whoever said that @box, has no clue on why companies release news to the market. there are apologists there for the company, don't worry. legally, all in my opinion, they don't have a leg to stand on. ofcourse, you should seek opinion from a lawyer as it is not my expertise, so only an opinion. does not take away the fact that this is height of complete incapability in communications and dotting the i's and crossing the t's.
