Some love the honest JJ 'I do prospecting not a TV star' style. His classic "we are doing drilling and stuff" did bring a smile to my face. Seen it across many industries - though it does depend who the audience is and what the reason behind being in front of a crowd really is. If we need a new face on the board to help JJ and spread the workload I'm ok with that. Just don't want to see JJ pushed even a bit sideways.
