mjdyson, you seem to have a keen interest in court cases. STP did get drawn (putting it politely) into a joint venture involving SRCL so it may be related to that. I'd prefer to get the current case out of the way first.
DanSmart is the typical front man, loud and important and everythings positive. It's his right hand man that would give a more realistic assessment, but will only find him at a company meeting. Having said that, I don't think DanSmart fails very often, he's even reputed to have taken on the ACCC and won (if that means anything). Anyway, I hope your patience is suitably rewarded very soon.
