    You've got some good reasoning there Plext , but 16c valuation (by so called professional accredited valuers) to 3.2c market valuation is one hell of a big spread . I'll admit I haven't a clue however I'm a long term holder and big time (for the present) loser. BUT you never know your luck in the big city. Cheers.
