I'm still waiting for the announcement confirming finalisation of the 90% acquistion deal, which was meant to close 31 January.
I know nothing of Smedley, but I have some faith in the Indian management and their view of the future. Worth a punt at this level IMO, but I think many long termers are jaded by past empty promises, failure to deliver on timelines and lack of communication (mostly by the past board, however patience is just beginning wearing thin here with me).
