don't forget they have westfarmers via premier coal already on board with their 30% share
linc seem to be the most advance/active in the ctl sector in australia....you'd think the quickest route to development would be to cut them in for a share and let them run it
once those only in for the russian play have filtered out, then mkt might reassess as on a comparison basis blk looks very cheap
