    $40m Shags????? Steady on matey LOL ,,,, I was meaning a $1.5m placement (like last year) would be working capital only..... anything larger , say $5~6m would indicate bond payment requirements associated with deal closure ..imo.

    Movement 'behind the lines' on the Western Front ...imo.
