The buy back is something some shareholders were pushing when the Opes thing hit. That would have made a big difference and they could have raised the money probably at higher prices.

I agree that I wouldn't want a raising at this level.

In terms of the transfer of shares , arbitraging between the two could be very positive for us. In general Bakken oil plays are valued much more highly in the US/Canada. My hope would be for punters to be buying locally on ASX so pushing the sp and selling in NA. as my assumption would be that SEA would be valued more appropriately over there.
