kind of ironic the first letters of your three key points spell NOT...
....that aside what you suggest may be correct but the market as we know is either disinterested and/or disagrees entirely and has for some time...a market cap of circa $23M is crazy stuff for this tech ( I mean ADO has a MC six times AVR).... but while rusted on believers (including key major and smaller shareholders, Board or management) do not have the inclination to invest much more of their dollars the current share price levels will continue to be the norm...there is no enthusiasm for AVR apart from a few trying to make a small buck here and there and some trying to average down presumably...
..hopefully a fire will be put under this stock at some point but I'm not convinced it will be, nor do i expect any deal(s) be anywhere near what some might hope...all imo only
