A seriously good interview with Promedicus co-founder and CEO Sam Hupert. I see many parallels with how IO is running Pointerra.

Pointerra has a long way to go before we can even think of it as the next Pro Medicus. However, some great insights in the interview that should be appealing to Pointerra's long-term (suffering) holders.
Some aspects that I found particularly interesting:
What does a company look like when it is in the right place at the right time?
Right time could often be 5 to 10 times as long as you think it gonna take...
We underestimate the runway required to get noticed...and someone to buy your product.....
Just having a good product does not mean it will happen in the time frame you have......
Contracting time and things like that take time.......Patience would be the number one thing
The competitive advantage of Pro Medicus
Core Technology and Philosophy ....and the two go hand-in-hand
Don't need to or can't throw people at these things
The thing is, sometimes the more people you have, it actually goes backward
Sales Team
Our sales team is 2, and I am one of them
I don't believe hiring 20 people will get us 20 times sales.
