Maybe, though as far as I can see there's been no DOD contracts announced recently that look like anything Pointerra (or a competitor) would potentially be involved in. You can see all the contracts awarded at https://www.defense.gov/News/Contracts/ and search for relevant keywords. So perhaps still some hope, though the market clearly doesn't assign it much, if any probability of success.
