    I suspect there is a fundamental misunderstanding about any business to be done with US Defence by the company. 3DP are part of a larger bid being run by a top tier defence contractor. Large decisions like this take a lot of time and the final decisions are made even more slowly. If there is no business won it will be due to a range of issues and not 3DP itself.
