Wait until we see what this $1m infusion really looks like. It can be clearly spun as a big "insider confidence" thing - which will help motivate buyers, as you've demonstrated - but I seriously doubt the company knows what is coming in Q3 or Q4. If such visibility existed we'd have had much different announcements in the past about "inflection points" (no one wants to be wrong so many times). I also doubt that they somehow have this visibility just now...
Regarding the $2m payable, is this for AWS costs? What other large expenses do they have? I've long been doubtful over their proclaimed profit margin given some of the cloud costs in previous reports. The whole "AWS re-architecture" initiative implies that something needs serious attention in that realm.
What else can the $2m payables be? Deferred staff costs?
