The LPSC approved the first phase of E-LA’s resilience and grid hardening plan of $1.9 billion as well as a timely recovery mechanism for that investment.
..and therefore of the overall program, with New Orleans still going through the approval process for their part of the overall program (assuming that the updated plan was needed as part of the NO "public service commission" equivalents own requirements to approve it there?)
E-NO filed an updated Phase 1 resilience and grid hardening plan.
So hopefully we will continue to receive staggered good news about approvals regarding the overall plan.

Although i would be interested in what the "first phase of E-LA's resilience and grid hardening plan" entailed, as i would hope it would be the gathering of the data which would be what Pointerrra would be involved in and paid for, not something that Pointerra has no involvement with (i mean, there could be 15 phases and 3DP doesn't get invoved till phase 5 or something, but ideally its like 3 phases and we are involved straight away).

Good article giving more info and context to the E-LA and E-NO and what the plan proposes.

Also, to temper the good news of E-LA, the below article is paywalled, but i got the gist before the block came up, and it seems the E-NO didn't get the New Orleans council to approve their $1b plan, and council only approved $100m, wanting proof of success before approving more (the E-LA one got through the Commission by 3 votes to 2, after what some think was a rushed proces).
