Another 52-week low touched today, the 3c would be the "floor", if that is breached it is most likely lights out/desperate recapitalisation. The company knows it can't ask retail to raise and I am astonished that "smart" money will put money into the furnace with such opaque books. If IO has lost confidence in the customers, then he should move aside.

I do believe that pay cuts (30-50%) on upper management are vital to restore confidence with SHs, or revise salary into a performance-based remuneration (maintain the current monetary incentive). My opinion is that the make or break quarterly was half a year ago and I personally do not see this company succeeding due to the lack of direction, which smells to high end of desperation. Even with higher revenues the company struggled to get cash flow positive.
