I’m pretty sure the quarterly is going to stink.
If they were going to be near break even they would have held off on the raise until after an improved quarterly. And maybe waited for a contract win.
Raising at multi year lows is a strong signal to me that the “temporary program delays” are going to be on hold for a while yet.
