Pretty spot on here mate. Hard to make an argument for topping up other than gut feel or anchoring bias. The business has currently proven to be one off in nature, struggling to collect cash & in essence a nil ARR.
All things considered, does appear punchy at $33m mcap. Saving grace is that potentially IP value is high, insiders hold a lot of stock so it's illiquid.
Cap raise in Q1-26 definitely happening I reckon. Suspect it'll be in the 3's.
