Just as we’re scanner agnostic, Emesent are ultimately going to provide scanners to customers whatever the platform they’re using.
I almost find a new cloud point platform a week. They are all over the place now. Often small teams and sometimes the capability they are touting is embarrassing to be frank - Stitch3D And Skand come to mind.
Really this is about finding the right contract opportunities, nailing them, building a portfolio out to separate Pointerra from the rest. Because god knows first mover advantage isn’t a thing anymore imo.
I think the Emesent partnership/ or collaboration is still going and perhaps looks most complementary in the mining space.
Time to make some contract announcements me thinks.
