    To have more overseas investors on its register. US has lot of pension funds and mutual funds that are long term investors. Woodside does an annual pilgrimage to US to sell its name. I guess OXR/ZFX are moving towards the same direction. LNC has done similar thing in US too. Plenty of cash sitting on the sidelines.
