I'd have to totally agree with Newbie, unfortunately there isn't anything that we can do now but wait and see what happens. There's no money to class action anything. We just have to hope for the best and let the whole thing play out. It does seem that there are endless companies that have this same model. Blow 500m of investors money, produce nothing but bullsh1t reports and power point slides, pay themselves and their buddies in the millions, short the f out of a stock and then call the Administrators in to sell whats left in the office.

I'm sorry but I don't think that it's good enough. I think that if people are getting paid in the millions to be CEO's they need to stand to lose something also. No just come in and pay themselves lots of money and then fail miserably. I'm all for CEO's getting paid in Shares of the company ONLY!
