I think the guys behind foresight are the same guys that may have offered assistance to CPL some time ago to co-develop (when we were a $1.0 share price).....

Management have wasted so much time and money on this- drawing down on debt when there was no green light to go.... cap raising should have been done at 1.50+ and i know this was suggested to the co...

right now we have no management with credentials to get this off the ground.... wrong CEO for where we are at.... Gill should resign!!!! Destruction of share holder wealth...

we should have been preserving the value of the asset right from the start... rather than employing a raft of people too early on something that doesnt have a green light.... now we face the prospect of massive dilution for such a small cap raise just to keep the lights on...

For the last two years we have heard the words "Advanced Discussions" in their announcements.... i wonder if this qualifies as misleading - is there any scope for a class action???

Bentham IMF funded a shareholder class action against Forge Group, claiming misleading and deceptive conduct as well as breach of continuous disclosure obligations- i wonder if same applies....

Again i will go back to one of my posts last year- I called the AER and asked the time frame for the hearing process/approvals etc... their answer was vastly different to that of the co....
