Class action, you guys crack me up.
How will you prove anything (other than perhaps establishing infrastructure too soon), I am sure that company records would support the advanced state of financial backing negotiations (no professional would blatantly mislead or lie about such an item so many times for so long as they personally would be liable) and if by some slim chance a class action was setup and won - there are no funds to pay out any compensation - the company would simply fold and we would be faced with a 100% loss.
I am far from happy with the current situation but our best course of action is to let the future unfold and allow CPL to do the best they can within the current climate and market sentiment.
No offense meant but gents get real.
