How do you justify 700K+ CEO salary (in per-development stage). If I'm not mistaken CEO took about 1.7mil last year.
I don't mind her salary but if the company is short on funds, everybody's salary should be reduce to below 100K and accumulate the extra with interest until the mind starts production.
In the last AGM they confirm her appointment and salary, even though they new they have only enough cash until July. What next?
This make no sense, the management is incompetent especially the CEO.
Unless she has a backing from other shareholders above here or the whole thing is a scam "honey pot"
