Try eating fresh Mangos in the middle of winter in a Mango pie or curry...... haven't tried a Mango curry then thats your fault..... laughing here there are a thousand ways to add Mango to most things, including milk shakes
ok the how to Mangos are super cheap at the end of season slice and place in chinese food take-away containers (you can buy these at your super market)
as the Mango has a high water/juice content, these freeze well
we normally put down about 30 to 40 containers a season AND when they defrost, its just like summer all over again, right before you, ready to eat
Mango pie is basically, a biscuit crust shell filled with mango puree mixed with 25% cream...basically the top, slices of mango covered
todate, over many years, we haven't found anybody who doesn't like this pie
