Would they buy in legitimately? If they retain their 35% would they want more? Whether or not they could PE someone else’s offer remains to be seen.
If they lose their holding can’t see them other than sailing off into the sunset in disgrace, squabbling with COP.
In such a scenario, FAR would have been vindicated.
Enough rumours around to think there are offers pending and that we await PE decision.
