re: bush, blair and howard.. The vote for Howard is a vote for Costello line won't rub anymore. There is a growing band of support for Costello but they don't think he can get them over the line.
When Liberal gets back in due to the anti Latham vote hopefully Howard will step aside after a year so Costello can prove his worth or otherwise.
