The Dept of War more accurately reflects the position of the so-called peacemaker President, who was voted in for his stance on ending wars.
Rhe President, who is famous for ending the war in Ukraine in 1 day and the war in gaza in even less time, some might even say in negative time, has said in one of his lesser word salads:
"Defense is too defensive. And we want to be defensive, but we want to be offensive too, if we have to be. So it just sounded to me like a better name"
On point. The President is certainly offensive to anyone with an ounce of integrity.
