It's starting to look like UCL do you agree?
UCL did a rights issue when they were around 4.8c then they fell back to around 4c. The a big announcement came in and they shot up to 8c then went onto 10c.
hmmmmmmm don't know if this is the case but that buyer know's something at it looks big to me.
