Presidio 141#2 Well - the mystery continues

The Presidio 141#2 well was announced to have commenced in the announcement dated 8 April 2019.
April 2019. 30 months ago.
On 26 April 2019 we got a progress report. Everything looked brilliant.
17 May 2019 announcement - well has been cases and cemented into place. Fracking to commence in July 2019.
July/August 2019 - excellent flowbacks announced.
December 2019 - pressure testing commenced and expected to run until January 2020.
Every announcement since then has said the pressure testing continues.

What is this mysterious oil well that even after 30 months from commencement the pressure testing hasn’t finished? Maybe Helios need to employ someone who knows how to use pressure gauges. They could have completed a degree in engineering in the time it has taken to develop this well.
