Will you get more information if you talk to the management than available to the ASX? - No!
BUT
IMO it is very reassuring if you can look people in the eyes when they talk to you and more importantly watch their body language.
In the case of MHM which is for me a core holding of my Investment accounts and SMSF it was the main reason I made the trip from Perth to Strahan last November.
Was/Am I satisfied what I've seen and observed? - Yes 100%
and trust me, I met and observed a few "shysters" at other AGM's...
