I think the running theme is that elected world leaders rarely see their platform or mandate fulfilled. So why all the alarmist rhetoric 60 plus days out of his inauguration. Time will tell. We saw this same alarmist rhetoric from the media and corporations like GS, JPM, et al in reference to what a Trump Presidency would do to the stock market...and what happened. It was scaremongering for the sake of profit, and we know who profited the most...
