In respect of the Nooitverwacht farm, the company has previously put it on record that the farm was not factored into any of its current or future mine development plans as only six intersected holes hade been drilled for "an initial general geological understanding" and the farm was not material to the current short or medium term economic prospects of the company. In this regard it's not really significant to any of the industry major players that may be considering entering into a JV agreement on the Garatau project.
Timeframes? Your guess is as good as mine, but for what it's worth justinmetals, in my opinion if the options aren't in the money by 31/8/11 they will be extended by the company at a token cost.
