I agree, the comments have raised the problem of Sovereign Risk.....but..I am hearing, the reason that our 'Henry' did not do his press conference as planned, was because he has been reigned in and will provide a more balanced rhetoric when required. As I have previously suggested Inge Zaamwani-Kamwi would have known what was coming and I am sure the EXT team in Nab knows what is going on - this is a very typical African way of working, subtlety and directness is not the norm.
I think going into next week EXT is a screaming buy - but only for the "fortune favours the brave" troops, anyway I will be stacking some buy orders Monday onwards.
All this of course is speculation and IMO.
