Evening all, be very interested to hear more of your thoughts cyberguy - regarding the 'slow expensive road'?

I am fairly sure that CAP fully realizes they will need a J/V partner to develop the project, as the CAPEX is some crazy number times their MC.

The article released by BMG yesterday is as far as I can tell.. an article about nothing.. their ship is sinking... and they want to take anyone they can down with them.

It is a real shame that management like BMG can infect their utter patheticness onto CAP.

My guess is that BMG is trying to imply to the market that this court battle is only the beginning and that it could go on until 2014.

Interesting times...

Very frustrating over all, hopefully CAP management and staff take heart and keep building up the company.
