I could be wrong but I don't think this means there will be no price sensitive announcements between now and 30 September. Might mean there are none this week, but the fact that this has been disclosed may actually pave the way for AS to make the 2nd lot of $500K purchases within a certain number of days of a price-sensitive announcement, as long as it is not within the 24 hour window in which he advises the market he is about to make a purchase. Will ivestigate further to try and work out exactly what they can and cannot do, which may be complicated due to the dual-listing.
