Yes Minister gave away his agenda with a very quick response given to GO on his position without obvious consultation with the major TFG players.

Some very pertinant points made by the Puntland Minister regarding the birth and sustenance of the TFG
Basket case of a Govt the TFG and makes you wonder with all the factions as to the viability
The PM also has a question about him as he appointed the relevent Minister.
Sooner Puntland says cya the better for Puntland, the political intent for stability doesn't apparently exist due to clans and factions unless one-sided advantages can be achieved in negotiations
