I would be interested in reading that weekend press report, I had a look for it, BUT while I did not find it I did find an article dated 30th November 2012 on www.pennenergy .com about Petrobas halting negotiations for FIVE deepwater rigs (capable of drilling in water depths of up to 3000 mtrs).
So with Cinco's water depth said to be 1430 meters it gives me even more confidence that BHPB will find a rig to drill Cinco.
