sorry the rigs you speak of are new build's and they canceled a few, Think they have 12 new rigs for completion by 2016 so no difference re OEL and the availability.
But as per previous post of mine BHP have 3 possibilities and are looking at options.
The last OEL presentation clearly stated BHP to drill prior to August 2013.
And Mathew said, "when we have a confirmation of the actual rig and time slott we will advise the market."
All is well just not the share price if you wanted to stock up the wine cabinet from some profit taking.
