I think it will be a relatively unknown brand which they will build through their network. They may just take a small to medium size stake in an IF company as apposed to a full acquisition. It seems like a natural stepping stone for a firm like this. They have proven their ability to grow previously acquired assets such as UGG, which has seen solid growth over the past few months along with the beautify products. These are all assumptions based on public info of course but just seems logical from my point of view.
