    So why would Shell just sit there and do nothing? It doesnt really make sense does it?

    Why would they take a 30% stake in an industry and then let their future growth go down the gurgler to a competitor at a cheap price. Seems a waste for Arrow to ahve made all those nice glossy graphs in their bidder statement.

    I cant imagine them being short on cash.

    The cash transfer to AOE was a little late.
