However FAR has not taken this to arbitration and it's in their court irrespective of whether COP has acted incorrectly or NOT. That's not baseless and I am unsure why you think it is.
So I just wonder who placed FAR so strategically. Remember FAR needed to act and in between all of this they have continued with JV spend when the button could have been pushed and said we don't agree and want the deal out on hold to exercise our right and the first step is give us the info.
