I personally believe that FAR we're entitled to the info. That's how PE's work usually. Some may just say you have the last right to bid. Do your best but these are usually worthless in these instances.
I just don't get why FAR put up with cop attitude and let the JV go on as normal with wpl taking their place. The button should have been pressed. The govt delay stuff will not be held in high regard imho.
