Mike, let me make it perfectly clear, I am with you that WPL and cop did not play a fair game. My issue is that we have gone ahead with the Drilling and WPL inclusion. It was at this point FAR needed to say. This is just not on as we want to PE and the sen govt has not approved yet.
I think it's a bridge to far to allow wpl or drilling to proceed without invoking your right for PE through the courts, irrespective if COP have not attended meetings or ignored FAR requests. That's my call and I have seen similar circumstances occur usually sorted out of court after case has been lodged.
