Exactly but it is pretty hard to ascertain one without the other I would think. Therefore my point that the information required should be supplied to the government who would let FAR know if it was legit. Pretty sure I read that somewhere in stock standard JOA agreement along the lines somewhere. Anyway haven't got 3 days spare to troll through it all so no proof no claim. Regardless good way to do it anyway unless there is something you don't want the govt. to know. That would be another problem in itself.
