Of course FAR and CNE have different perspectives. CNE has 40% and probably doesn't want more. FAR has 15% and willing to consider taking more, at the right price, if the opportunity materialises and probably with a backer. I'm also a WPL shareholder, have no beef with them, and kinda admire their sneak attack on the asset wrapped in an "impregnable" corporate entity with unknown liabilities. Time (and sunshine) will reveal if they were too clever (by far), To say the issue is completely "settled" would be IMO naive or disingenuous given the multiple dynamics at play.
