Do you seriously believe that statement STH ?
Every party to this deal would have been well aware of the legalities involved, and more so, potential ways of exploiting them.
So i guess for now it hangs in limbo, ...far and their rumoured gun legal team from the US, the senegal govt with elections looming, sugar daddy Pete- drill pete drill, and lastly the impatient HC posters.
Will it be all or nothing? or is PE being used as some sort of bargaining chip?
Imo this may drag on for another 12 months -but who cares for now its saturday
