Squire I think you have got it wrong. The company was sold and inside that company are the assets that FAR want to PE. The company is still running and paying its obligations so how would an injunction work and would it be legal?. FAR have stated they are following the PE process. It's plain to see that COP and Woodside are trying to circumnavigate PE . The question is it legal? FAR say PE hasn't started and I tend to agree. As far as leaving it to long to go to arbitration I don't think so. They have put COP on notice by announcing they reserve the right to PE. What is the time limitations to take this to arbitration when PE hasn't started.
