The injunction would have been in the Netherlands where the holding company was listed, to delay completion until the Senegal upstream asset valuation was no longer in dispute. Interestingly FAR did not notify COP that they had any disagreement with asset valuation or method. They wanted the terms and conditions of the share sale of the holding company.
