I am daytrader, first and foremost, I never fall in love with a stock. That being said though there are criteria that I look for, for a "accumulate and hold trade" and ANP fits it perfectly;

1) Good sector, I always look at the alternative sectors when the market goes sour.
2) Cashed up, and I particularly loved that the insto's took up their placements even though the stock was trading signficantly below the placement price. I never go near stocks that have cash problems when the overall markets are tanking, and management have said they have the funds for 1++ years.
3) decent period of consolodation, which enables the placement stock to be filtered into more long term investors hands.
4) big spike in volume, usually signifies last remainder of placement stock has been redistributed when the vwap sell price becomes the BID price (when each point is worth 5++%).
5) peer stocks are hot, ISIS has been getting alot of exposure, also other BIO stocks have been solid and running (GTG for example)
6) options, even with their short expiry date, as of now is trading at a premium (was lagging last week or so)

To me risk/reward is right, and purely from a TA perspective she is poised to run, let alone if we get a hint of positive news, and with those options coming up for expiry, any management worth their salt, will keep the news flowing............. hence my position.

This is my own trading style though, and fits my character, and risk/reward profile. So please DYOR
