    What makes Chinese housing problems different from most is that the investor that buys them likes to buy a concrete shell, so if they ever get to be finished they can stamp their own personality on them. Another negative is a national dislike to do any maintenance. If things get real tough it must make them harder to sell. I am not an expert, all I can suggest is they invest in IVR.[ I watch Chinese housing on U Tube. ]
